There are Chus in the land after the battle between Darkness and Justice end that are special. They all are electric and then another type except one that is a double electric. Humans at one point invade this land and team rocket is desperate to catch these chus. But, they select the people that will catch them, and they are usually people that have nothing to do with team rocket.
